It can be defined as a fantasy chess game.
Miniatures gaming is a friendly pastime for two or more players that combines gaming and aesthetical pleasure. During a game, each player controls the fighters represented by his miniatures. These fighters form armies that battle and pursue a variety of objectives defined before the game.
