Tacarm laser targeter

Can each Tacarm figure laser target a different enemy unit?
Example: A unit of three Tacarms laser targets three different units.

Does the Tacarm figure give up shooting to laser target a unit?

Can a Tacarm laser target a unit if it is engaged?

Question one: Yes, each TacArm can target a different enemy unit.

Question two: The laser designator is not a weapon, so the unit may shoot and tag in the same round.

Question three: Yes, a TacArm can use his laser designator when engaged.
