So Newton's in her toad in a M.IND company. Can she now repair two clicks per turn (one for her special ability and one for the M.Ind bonus?)
If not, why would you put her in a toad in a M.Ind company, as that's really her only bonus?
...If anything, you could put her in a trooper unit that follows the toad around. |

Number One in a M.Ind platoon does not get two uses of Repair.
So yes, if you don't want to "waste" her standard repair then put her on foot with some stars. However, having your commander in a vehicle is no bad thing, especially when she could be accompanied by up to three other wingmen who could Repair her too...
