There are some problems, which have been already discussed in this forum but contradict to the german Armybook. So I have to ask them again:
Declaration of a routine:
At the moment the dash routin is discussed and you have answered it für another routine already.

In the german Armybook it's clearly said, that you have to declare the routine before the movment or before the test. So it contradicts Collins answer.

You can use routines that affect movement anytime during movement and routine that affect a test anytime during this test. In all other cases, you can use routine when you need it.

Oooops ! I made a wrong answer and I must edit this post. Urash can use his fusion routine on 2 AFV which do not belong to the same unit. We will make an errata to change the name of his routine ; it is confusing (even for me  ).
